Red Pepper Sauce

–  3 medium red bell peppers

–  1 cup chopped celery

–  1/2 cup water

–  2 tbsp maple syrup

–  1 tsp garlic powder

–  1 tsp liquid smoke

–  1/4 tsp black pepper

Preheat oven to 375. Roast bell peppers whole for 40-45 minutes on parchment-covered baking sheet. Discard seeds, stem and skin. Place in a blender along with all other ingredients and blend until smooth.
