Corn Sauce

Corn Sauce

–  2 cups corn kernels (thawed if frozen)

–  1/2 cup water

–  1 tbsp lightly packed fresh oregano or 1/3 cup fresh basil

–  1 tsp garlic powder

–  1/8 tsp black pepper

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
