Broccoli Sauce

Broccoli Sauce

–  1 1/2 lbs. broccoli florets

–  1 cup water

–  2 tbsp maple syrup

–  1 tbsp minced fresh rosemary

–  1 tsp garlic powder

–  1/8 tsp black pepper

Steam broccoli until soft. Let cool a few minutes and place in a large blender with water, maple syrup, rosemary, garlic and pepper. Blend until smooth. Makes 4 1/2 cups.
